Fry the seeds on a dry pan until lightly browned. Let them cool a bit and then grind them in a food processor or blender.

  • 150 g egg whites
  • 150 g of crystal sugar (cough) or powder

6. Add all the flour and raisins and mix by hand with a fork or a spatula.
7. Apply cookies of 2.5-3 cm (which are still growing), leave a large space between them at least 3 cm, with a spoon.

The attic with goodies has long been one of my favorite blogs. First I was drawn to the name, then I liked the recipes, their stories and the whole atmosphere of this blog.

I was very happy when Ioana, the host of this month's Secret Challenge, distributed the Attic to me as a source of inspiration. I kept rummaging through and found goodies over goodies presented cheerfully, appetizingly and with humor. I stopped at one recipe at a time, thinking and changing my mind I don't know how many times.

Last week I had just bought a bag of chia seeds for my breakfast cereal mix when I saw a new recipe in Attic: caviar from chia seeds. By the way, we're still fasting, so this recipe just went down well.

Ever since I discovered chia seeds for almost half a year, they have been a staple of my breakfast menu, but I have never prepared them in caviar form.

Chocolate pudding made from chia seeds

5-6 seedless dates, a tablespoon of dried gooseberries, a small handful of almonds, a tablespoon of water, a teaspoon of cocoa, a tablespoon of flax and sesame seeds. On the outside we have ground pistachios.

5-6 dried apricots, a tablespoon of oatmeal, a little water, 5-6 almonds, a teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 tablespoon of walnuts. They are wrapped in coconut.

Flax seeds and bran have a natural laxative effect
