You can pack the peanut butter in a plastic pastry bag, but a resealable plastic bag works just as well.


  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Recipe Preparation

  • Slice ¼” off the end of the unpeeled banana and slide in a wooden ice-pop stick (when peeled, it will look like a banana pop). Spoon peanut butter into a small resealable plastic bag, squeezing it as far toward one corner as possible without cutting the bag. Twist to seal and tie with kitchen twine, trimming excess plastic to make a mini pastry bag. Place cornflakes and raisins in separate containers.

  • To eat, peel banana. Snip the mini pastry bag and squeeze peanut butter onto banana, then dip into cornflakes and raisins.

I have tasted Paneer 65 in many restaurants as gugu loves it we order it often, when we dine out. Though he loves eating paneer 65 in any hotel, his most favorite is the one from Annapoorna. So my target was to achieve a recipe which was very close to it and yes I nailed it finally after few tries.

Paneer 65 is a dry crispy starter. In many hotels paneer 65 is misunderstood and a chinese version is served with soya and chill sauce. So we always end up adding a phrase ‘its crispy like pakoda’ while ordering paneer 65. As there is a semi gravy version of paneer 65 there is always this confusion, But what we like is the dry version of paneer 65 which I am sharing here.

About Paneer 65 recipe:

A very simple and quick method to make paneer 65 : To begin with first marinade paneer with spice powders and few other ingredients along with salt, Set it aside. Next prepare a batter along with maida, cornflour, salt, yogurt, lemon juice etc. Dip and coat each paneer piece into the batter, remove excess add it hot oil and deep fry until crisp. Fry curry leaves, green chillies and garnish with it while serving. Serve with onion rings and lemon wedges.


  • You can either deep fry or shallow fry in a tawa too.
  • Baking or airfrying is another option. But as we make this only occassionally, I prefer deep frying method as it gives perfect crisp texture.
  • You can either cube the paneer as shown here or cut into strips or even small triangles.
  • You can use fresh or frozen paneer. I used fresh. If using frozen thaw it first, soak in hot water for few mins then proceed.

Serving and Storage:

  • You can serve paneer 65 as a starter or appetizer.
  • You can serve it s a side dish for pulao or fried rice too.
  • Sprinkle a pinhch of chat masala powder while serving.
  • If you do not want to use maida then replace with wheat flour. There is not much of visible and taste difference.
  • Goes well with onion rings and lemon wedges.
  • You can marinade paneer with spices and refrigerate a day ahead. But prepare the batter only when deep frying to get best perfect results.

Peanut butter cornflake cookies are a family favorite, my grandma made this cornflake cookie recipe all the time when we were growing up and I continue to make it for my kids.

Traditionally, no bake cookies have an oatmeal base, but for this recipe, Corn Flakes are the base of the cookie! Actually, my grandma always used Special K cereal, not Corn Flakes. Peanut Butter Banana Cake taste so delicious and is super easy to make.

This cake is not only easy to make but is super soft and taste absolutely delicious. The cake itself is super soft, and the added chocolate chips and peanut butter adds a nice taste and texture to the cake.

I wanted to make this cake for few days now using the ripe bananas which i had on hand. Finally did it.

Over the years of baking i have made so many versions of banana bread. But i could say that this is the best one i have ever baked. There are few reason why this recipe is the best.

Peanut Butter Banana Cookies: How To Make It At Home

These healthy peanut butter cookies are packed with oats, peanut butter and plenty of nutritional benefits. Enjoy them as a dessert or breakfast. This recipe requires only 6ingridients, most of which you may already have in the kitchen.
You can also add chia seeds/chopped nuts (like almonds/hazelnuts)

    • 2ripe bananas
    • 21/2 cup rolled oats (or gluten free oats if you prefer)
    • 1cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1tbsp honey
    • 1tsp cinnamon-for flavour
    • 1tsp vanilla essence
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
    • Dry fruits/seeds/ chia seeds- to add to taste and nutritional benefits.(optional)

    In a medium size bowl mash bananas with 2forks, until its creamy. Add the remainder of the ingredients to mashed bananas, mix until combined

    Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and use a scoop to scoop dough balls (or use a spoon) and place on a baking sheet, making sure to leave a gap between each.

    Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies with Cornflakes


    2 cups creamy peanut butter (I used Skippy)
    1 cup dark brown sugar
    1/4 cup white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    1 1/2 cups corn flakes (I used Kashi Simply Maize)


    1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
    2. Combine all the ingredients, except corn flakes, in a big mixing bowl. Mix by hand, then fold in corn flakes. Using a standard cookie scoop (a generous 1 tablespoon of dough, or approximately 2 inches), portion out the dough and place evenly on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
    3. Flatten the top of each cookie gently. Bake for 10 minutes, flipping the pans halfway. Let the cookies cool and enjoy!

    You can substitute corn flakes with rice crispies, or omit completely.

    What do these energy bars taste like?

    These energy bars are kind of like granola bars, but have a bread-ier, fluffier texture to them. They aren&rsquot as crunchy as your traditional granola bars.
