we wash the chicken legs well and we talk the fluff on them.

we cut them in half.

In a saucepan put a little oil to heat.

then we put the thighs and brown them a little on one side and the other so that the blood comes out of them, then we put water to cover them well and the knorr cube.

we clean the onion, wash it and finely chop it

we clean the carrot, wash it and put it on the grater with small meshes.

we clean the donut and the pepper from the seeds and cut them into cubes.

put the vegetables over the chicken and let it boil over the right heat.

we wash the rice in a lot of water.

when the chicken is about half cooked, add the washed rice.

season with salt and pepper and simmer until the rice is done.

finally add the tomato paste, add 2-3 more boils and turn off the heat.

sprinkle some finely chopped green parsley on top.

good appetite.!!!

Preparation

You start by cooking the rice. Put the water to boil in a non-stick pan. When the water boils, add the salt, then the rice. Let it simmer for 20 minutes, stirring constantly so that it does not stick to the pan. When it is cooked, strain it and rinse it under a stream of cold water. This way, you get a grain-by-grain rice that is not sticky.

Meanwhile, prepare the chicken and vegetables. Put the water to boil in a saucepan. When it boils, add a little salt and then the peas and beans. Let it cook for about 20 minutes or until the fork penetrates the vegetables. Wash the peppers well. Peel the onion, mushrooms and pepper. Cut onions, peppers, mushrooms and carrots into 1.5 cm cubes.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes or split it into pieces, as you prefer. Put a large non-stick pan and heat it on the stove. You can read more about this method in the articles we have prepared for you. Therefore, do not heat the oil before putting the onion.

Add the onion to the heated pan. Mix with a wooden spoon, leave for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, then put a teaspoon of salt. The salt will help the onion eliminate the juice, so it will not fry and will have a sweet taste. Put 2 tablespoons of liquid (soup or water). Cook the onion until it becomes transparent. When the onion is ready, add the pepper and cook until soft. Then add the chicken and the rest of the salt.

Stir and simmer for 3 minutes. Put the mushrooms in the pan and cook until the resulting juice decreases (about 10 minutes). When the mushrooms are ready, add the rest of the vegetables: carrots, peas and drained beans. Leave for another 5 minutes on the fire, stirring. Finally, add the rice gradually to incorporate it evenly. Match salt and pepper or curry, to taste, add a little sunflower oil, ideally cold pressed, for extra flavor. The pilaf is ready.

How much does an electric car consume in winter? Up to 25-30 kWh / 100 km. What to expect

In the city, for a petrol or diesel car, everyone knows that in winter consumption increases by 10-15%, which corresponds to 1-2 liters more for every hundred kilometers traveled in urban areas. We are talking about popular engines, with cylindrical capacities between 1.0 and 2.0 liters. But what about an electric car? In short, expect an urban consumption between 25 and 30 kWh / 100 km, as well as a halved urban autonomy. Here's why.

Ultimately it all comes down to the heat, the heat and again the heat .

In this article I explain what happens to an electric car in winter. It is somehow complementary to the one I wrote in January 2017.

An electric car use electricity for anything : propulsion / traction, the heat , defrosting, heated seats, lights, music, engine accessories, actuators and motors of any kind.

In short, you have a certain amount of energy to satisfy the thirst for energy - lower or higher - a all these consumers. I mentioned them in order of importance, from the point of view of consumption.

A petrol or diesel vehicle (ICE - Internal Combustion Engine) gets rid of at least one major consumer: the heat . This is a residual product of the heat engine. It is a heat that you have nothing to do with once it starts to be generated , so you'll bring it into the passenger compartment because it costs you too little to do it at all.

Above you have a photo with the information displayed by one's on-board computer BMW i3 2018 (33 kWh, 94 Ah) & # 8211 personal car that I drove a little over 1,000 kilometers in December 2018. Thus, the data are as relevant as possible.
