Always before entering the post I like to prepare festive dishes on Saturday. Among the soup, sarmale and cake I had a craving for drob ..... I did.

  • 1kg pork liver

RECIPE PREPARATION Drob:

I also like your recipe, anyway I also eat (a lot) bread, it seems easier to make without the dough crust.

I also really like eggs, and the edges of the liver (ie the egg-free parts) seem a bit inaccurate. But, in the case of the drob recipe, I said that it is best to be "temperate", thinking that there are variants of the recipe that do not use eggs at all. I'm not absolutely sure, but I have the impression that the traditional drob recipe wouldn't even have boiled eggs.
It's not a bad version of the dough with that dough crust, but usually I prefer the simplest version of each recipe and I don't complicate it unless it's really worth the effort.

Honey Drob: INGREDIENT

  • organs of a lamb: liver, kidneys, lungs, heart
  • 250 grams of honey
  • 400 grams of onions and green garlic
  • 400 grams of dill and green parsley
  • beaten eggs (for every 1 kilogram of composition use eight beaten eggs)
  • salt pepper
  • sunflower oil
  • prapure.

Lamb's milk: PREPARATION

This is how Cătălin Scarlatescu's lamb stew recipe is prepared. Cut the organs and meat into large cubes and fry in a pan with sunflower oil, salt and pepper. Then we set them aside and let them drain. 25% of the composition is cut into cubes, the rest is chopped in the machine. Finely chop the onion and green garlic and fry in the pan in which I hardened the organs. Allow all the water in the pan to evaporate.

Chop the dill and parsley "almost finely". All mix well. In a little while, this lamb liver recipe will be ready. As I said, for every 1 kilogram of composition mix 8 beaten scrambled eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap the composition in a saucepan and bake at 140 ° C for 50 minutes. Serve cold and, optionally, with mustard next to it. Have a peaceful Easter!

You are probably familiar with the butchery products offered by Selgros, and if you haven't noticed during this period, you can also find ready-made drob (for those who don't have the time and patience to prepare such an appetizer themselves). In fact, my pork tenderloin recipe is adapted to their recipe. Good, simple and easy to make recipes can always be found in those who are a & # 8220professional and passionate about goodies & # 8221. Here is the list of ingredients and how to prepare it pork chop.

INGREDIENT:

400 g meat for processing (low fat meat)

1 tablespoon grated freshly ground pepper

30 g salt (1 tablespoon topped)

10 g special Bratwurst spices (we put equal amount of nutmeg, cardamom, allspice, garlic powder, marjoram, ground cumin)

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

2 dill ties + 1 decoration tie

We prepare the ingredients at hand, so that everything goes smoothly. Bring the liver to a boil. We can boil it together with the heart and the meatball or we boil these two separately if we are bothered by the fact that the liver will color the water in which it boils. We take the foam as many times as needed. We leave the meat for processing in the fridge until we use it. Meanwhile, fry the onion in hot oil until it becomes glassy.

We put the cooked meats and raw meat through the mincer (through the sieve with the bigger holes & # 8211 4.5 mm), the hardened onion, then we season it with salt, pepper and special Bratwurst spices. We can prepare this type of spice ourselves by mixing equal amounts of each indicated ingredient. Since we do not use fat that has fat on it, meat with little fat on it is a very good solution. The composition will not be dry, it will have the perfect texture and taste.

Stir until the composition is homogeneous.

Add finely chopped dill, breadcrumbs, 5 eggs and finely chopped green onion leaves.

Put half of the composition on the bottom of two trays, arrange the quail eggs, then cover with the rest of the meat.

Grease with a beaten egg, then sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Bake the pork loin in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 45 minutes, keeping it covered for the first 30 minutes.

Let it brown for the last 15 minutes.

Let the pork chop cool in the pan, possibly until the next day, because after a cold night it will be cut easily and nicely, without the risk of breaking.

Turkey pie

The turkey liver is a delicious and easier alternative than the traditional recipe of Lamb tripe. For this drob recipe you need turkey liver and turkey pipettes. In fact, you can use the same combination to make chicken meatballs.

Turkey drob ingredient:

  • 500g turkey liver
  • 500g turkey pipettes
  • 3- 4 whole eggs
  • 2 links more green onions
  • 2 large cloves green garlic
  • 2 parsley bindings
  • salt pepper

How to prepare turkey liver:

Once they are done, they are cooled. Once cooled, they are placed in the food processor together with the greens. Then add the eggs, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Knead well and then the composition for turkey liver it is placed in a tray lined with baking paper and greased with oil. If you do not have breadcrumbs to cover the turkey liver you can make a dough from an egg and flour. Bake on medium heat for about 40 minutes.


Chicken for Easter - quick recipes for chicken for people with liver, pancreas or stomach problems

People who have problems with their liver, pancreas or stomach can replace the lamb from the traditional Easter cake with chicken.

Ingredients for chicken fillet - quick recipe: 500 grams chicken liver, 500 grams chicken hearts and pipettes, a red pepper, 3 bundles of green onions, a bunch of green garlic, two bundles of dill, two bundles of parsley, optional larch (if you like the taste), 3 eggs whole raw + one egg yolk, optionally 5 hard-boiled eggs for interior decoration (it can be without them and it is healthier), salt and pepper.

Be careful, if you want to use commercial spices for drob, do not add salt.

How to prepare chicken recipe quick recipe

Boil the pipettes, hearts and livers, washed and cleaned well, with a little salt. The liver boils faster, it should not be put together with the other organs. Eventually you can boil them separately. After boiling, the hearts, pipettes and livers are blended with pepper and greens, according to Libertatea.

After they are crushed, add the spices, raw eggs and mix. If you want to put eggs inside, pour into the baking tin lined with baking paper, only half the amount, put the eggs in a row, then pour the other half.

If not, pour the whole composition into the pan, grease with egg yolk and put in the preheated oven. You can tell when it's ready by doing the toothpick test. When the toothpick inserted in the drob is dry, the preparation can be removed from the oven. Serve cold!


Pay attention to how you cut the organs and what you keep for the drob

With a knife, remove the kidneys so as not to spoil the taste of the food. When cutting organs, do not include the veins as they could also damage the texture of the skin. So this is the second essential thing to keep in mind when preparing this recipe at Easter.

Florin Dumitrescu claims that the organs can be whole or cut into cubes in advance. Anyway, after boiling, they go into the meat grinder, except the liver.

Important to note: the organs are boiled in water with vinegar, to which are added thyme and bay leaves. They should stay on the fire for about 30 minutes.
