I really like the cheese pie but I thought it would be good to try other dishes based on cheese and raisins. I took this recipe from Laura Sava's blog and I only tell you this: Simple to make and extraordinarily good!

What we need for the countertop:

  • 200 gr. flour;

  • 200 gr. sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;

How to prepare the worktop:

Mix all the ingredients and spread the dough obtained in a form with a removable bottom, lined with baking paper (my shape is 23 cm in diameter).

How to prepare cream:

Mix the 3 yolks and the whole egg well with the sugar, until it dissolves completely. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

How to prepare beef:

Sprinkle the egg whites with a pinch of salt and mix until they become foam. Add the sugar little by little and mix until you get a thick foam.

How to assemble the cake:

Over the countertop placed in the form, add the cream and put at 200 degrees, for 40-45 minutes, until it becomes slightly brown. Remove the tray on a wire rack and add the meringue on the entire surface of the cake.

Leave at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the meringue turns golden.

Allow to cool and portion with a damp knife.

Here's how to make a fluffy cake with sweet cheese, raisins and lemon peel. It is fragrant, fast and delicious.

4 whole eggs

Easter with cottage cheese and raisin filling

This Easter variant does not differ much from the Moldovan one, but as this year I only made Easter and gave up the cake, I thought of posting the recipe head to tail, because my beauties still came out that way.
This is the traditional Easter recipe with cheese and raisins, it's nothing special, I know that others also make Easter with fruit or chocolate, but in my opinion, this is no longer Easter, sir, but the cake!

The yeast dissolves in warm milk + 50 g flour + 50 g sugar.

Leave to rise
After the dough has risen, add 250 g of sugar, the rest of the milk and flour, 3 whole eggs, salt. Knead until the dough is formed, then gradually incorporate the melted butter.

The cottage cheese is mixed with 300 gr of sugar,

sour cream, soaked raisins, 7 eggs, semolina and flavors.

Choose round trays, grease with butter, line with flour.

Part of the dough covers the bottom and walls of the molds,

and the rest of the dough is made into braided rolls. Fill the forms with cheese and place the dough rolls nicely.

- put the macaroni in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. and that's it.

  • 1 puff pastry dough
  • 400 g of cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons semolina
  • raisins
  • powdered sugar


In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of semolina and raisins soaked in a little milk or water.

Take the puff pastry dough, divide it in two and put one part in the tray lined with baking paper. Place the cheese composition over the puff pastry sheet, level it, and place the other half of the dough on top.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C, until the surface turns golden. Turn off the oven and leave it for a few more minutes, then remove and dust with sugar.

All this is mixed with the mixer, and at the end the raisins are added. Place the raised dough sheet in a pan greased with butter. Form a roll twisted to the thickness of a finger and cut it into two pieces, which you spread with the twister. Place the first sheet in a pan greased with butter, pour the composition, and then cover with the other sheet, pressing lightly. Put the tray in the preheated oven and leave it until it turns brown.

In the past, eggshells used to make Easter dough were thrown on running water on Easter Saturday, to announce to Blajini (a mythical people who lived underground) that the biggest Christian holiday was approaching. This is a cake made by my mother, starting from a variation of quiche lorraine. It's a very dear recipe, especially because I haven't eaten this type of cake anywhere, apart from the one made by my mother.

Dough: 400g flour, a packet of butter or margarine, 3 egg yolks, 2 eggs, 200g (sour cream, yogurt, caimac with milk or all to be 200g), a baking powder, 50-70g caster sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, grated peel of a lemon or orange.

Cheese mixture: 1 kg of cheese (sweet, cow and sheep telemea, bellows, urda, smoked cheese), 3 egg yolks and a whole egg, 2 tablespoons semolina, 100-120g raisins, rum essence, 3-4 tablespoons sugar, grated peel of a lemon or orange.

3kg put flour and baking powder and mix then put the packet of butter or margarine and rub until you get a homogeneous mixture. The sugar, the yolks, the whole egg, the dairy products are placed evenly on top and mixed with a plastic pallet until a hard and crumbly dough is obtained. Place the dough on a nylon sheet or in a bag and press by hand until you get a rectangle. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes (this dough is usually made the day before, or kept in the freezer for several hours).

Meanwhile, the mixture of Romanian cheeses is prepared (sweet, cow and sheep cheese, bellows, urda, smoked cheese & # 8230). In general, the cheese mixture gives a special taste, but it can also be made with a single kind of cheese. The brazier must be

Put 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg, 2 tablespoons of semolina and 100-120g of raisins in the cheese (the raisins must be cut and soaked in rum, brandy or liqueur to cover them, even the day before).
