I made it from simple ingredients, I didn't overdo it with eggs and oil. Instead, the result was beyond my expectations. Next, follow the ingredients and how to prepare.

Ingredients: 5 eggs, 500 ml. Milk, 150 ml. Oil, 150-200 gr. Sugar, 1 kg.200 gr. -1,300 gr. flour, 200 gr. raisins, 25 gr. yeast, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar.

In a large bowl pour the warm milk, add the yeast. Wait about 15 minutes for the yeast to dissolve. Add the beaten eggs, oil and sugar. Mix the ingredients well, then gradually add the sifted flour. Knead the dough for 10 minutes. The dough will stick to your hands, so we take a little oil on our palms and shape the dough crust softer than usual. Cover the dough with a film and a towel. Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place, then add the raisins and knead a little more. We cover it again and wait for it to rise again.



Divide the dough into 12 equal balls. Let them rest on the table for 10 minutes.

We stretch each ball with our hands.

We weave the cake as in the pictures below.


We put each woven basket on a tray lined with paper. We leave a distance between them of 1 cm. In total we will get 6 mowers. Grease them with egg yolk + 1 tablespoon of water. Let them rest in the pan for about 30 minutes.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180C, for 30-35 min.
