Peel an avocado and grate it.

Lemon juice contains citric acid but diluted and does not help me with this recipe. In addition, it diverts its taste and aroma.

5. Risk 10 lei: 4 lei costs 1 kg of strawberries and another 6 lei costs 2 kg of sugar and you get 3.5 L of concentrated strawberry syrup.

Overturned blackberry with black cherries and raspberries, whoever loves chocolate will surely love the fine taste of this cake full of chocolate and the delicious aroma of black fruit, syrupy with syrup that will surprise you.

You must specify from the beginning that you can prepare this cake in a large tray or make small portions directly in the bowl for one person. I prefer small portions for each person, but in this recipe I also have a small and large tray.
We start with the top and melt the butter, milk, 100 g of sugar, cocoa and boil a little until the sugar melts and becomes homogeneous. Let cool slightly to room temperature and add the yolks rubbed a little and mix well. Add the flavors and half of the amount of flour together with the baking powder so as not to leave too much when you add the egg whites.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they become foam and then add the remaining sugar (100g) and mix until it becomes a hard foam.
