If you love popsicles and love cocktails, there’s nothing better than these easy-to-make treats from Chilled Magazine. Have these on hand at your next summer gathering!

  • 1 pt Lemon sorbet
  • 4 oz Limoncello
  • 2 1/2 oz whiskey
  • 2 1/4 oz Raspberries (16 regular-size berries)
  • 4 oz Lemonade
  1. Serves 6.

  2. Add the sorbet, limoncello and 2 oz of the whiskey into a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Set aside.

  4. Add the raspberries, lemonade and 1/2 oz of the whiskey into a blender and blend until smooth.

  5. Pour the raspberry mixture into a liquid measuring cup or a cup with a spout for easy pouring.

  6. Fill popsicle molds wells 3/4 of the way up with the limoncello mixture.

  7. Slowly and carefully pour raspberry mixture against the sides of the molds for a layered effect.

  8. Cover the molds with foil and cut a tiny hole in the center of each mold.

  9. Place a popsicle stick through each hole.

  10. Place in the freezer until frozen.
