At James Beard Award winner Tory Miller's pan-Asian restaurant, Sujeo in Madison, Wis., a duo of fresh pineapple and orange juices round out a Tiki-style libation (modeled on the classic Painkiller) built for two thirsty revelers.
- 2 oz El Dorado 15-year-old rum
- 1 1/2 oz Freshly squeezed pineapple juice
- 1 oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 oz Coco Lopez coconut cream
- Garnish: Grated nutmeg
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Pour with the ice into a Tiki mug, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
