For the White Negroni (or Negroni Bianco), Suze, a French bitter aperitif made from gentian root, and Lillet blanc provide balance to each other and finish the flavor profile perfectly.
- 1 1/2 oz Gin or white whiskey
- 1/2 oz Suze
- 1 oz Lillet blanc, Cocchi Americano aperitivo or sweet white vermouth
- Garnish: Lemon twist
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 15-20 seconds.
Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
