Seeing all the time an advertisement in which spaghetti with tuna appeared, I felt like it. I didn't find spaghetti and I took capellini. The surprise was to wake up with noodles :)). No baths, they were good anyway !!!
- 1 box capellini [noodle type pasta]
- 2 retains tone
- 500 gr broccoli
- 250 gr cherry tomatoes
- 200 gr pitted olives [black + green]
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 cup red juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil + herbs from Provence
- 1/2 teaspoon condiment oglio & alio [chili flakes, garlic, parsley]
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Tuna pasta:
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water.
Gently boil the broccoli bunches in salted water.
Wash the vegetables. Peel and slice the garlic.
Lightly fry the tomatoes and garlic in hot oil in a large wok.
Add the canned tuna and broccoli.
Remove the mixture to a separate bowl.
Immediately pour the spice juice into the tomato juice. Salt if necessary
Put the pasta and mix.
Serve the pasta with the tuna mixture on top, garnished with olives.
Observe the cooking time of the pasta indicated on the package.
Don't forget Capellini = Long noodles :). Don't be fooled like me. I was not fooled because the pasta is quality.
